光を“掴む”ことを探求した作品です。

光子は掴めませんが、私たちのロッドフレーム格子構造はフォトニックメタマテリアルとして機能し、 まるでおとぎ話から抜け出したかのように、空中で光の立方体を捉えているかのように見えます。

格子構造は光を屈折・放射し、その照らすものに磁力のように視線を引き寄せます。

It is a study in “grasping” light.

While photons cannot be held, our rod-frame lattice acts as a photonic metamaterial: a cube of light seemingly caught mid-air by the fixture itself, like something lifted from a fairy tale.

The gridded structure refracts and radiates, magnetically drawing attention to whatever it illuminates.
